Veterans Fair Aug. 11 in DeKalb County

     Vet Fair IV was held Aug. 11, at Kishwaukee College Conference Center in Malta. The event, aimed at veterans, was free and open to the public. The IETC/IDES and First Institute provided free Employment Seminars and local businesses, agencies and organizations staffed booths to provide information. There were live-fire artillery demonstrations, multiple displays of flags, military equipment and uniforms (Civil War to present day).
