Senior Fairs promote health, safety
Sen. Burzynski joined other area legislators in sponsoring health & safety fairs this summer for senior citizens of the 35th District.

About 200 attendees at the DeKalb County Senior Health Fair picked up information and participated in health checks at about booths sponsored by 30 area organizations.


At the Senior Fair, Sen. Brad Burzynski and Rep. Bob Pritchard (back row, right)  helped DeKalb County veterans’ organizations promote the annual Veterans Fair, planned Saturday, Aug. 11, 9 a.m.-1 p.m., at Kishwaukee College’s Conference Center, Malta.

Belvidere Safety Fair July 31
 Mike Hughes from the IL Attorney General’s Office explains identity theft issues on July 31, at the Keen Age Center, Belvidere.		  
A representative from the IL Treasurer’s Office searched the “Cash Dash” computer for lost assets as part of the Belvidere Safety Fair.  A large crowd participated.
